State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces the return by a Nassau County grand jury today of indictments charging one defendant with First-Degree Murder.

The grand jury returned First-Degree Murder charges for:

• William Broyles S.A. No. 21CF061633. Broyles has been indicted on three counts of First-Degree Murder. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant State Attorney Alan Mizrahi.
