State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces the return by a Duval County grand jury today of indictments charging three defendants with First-Degree Murder.

The grand jury returned First-Degree Murder charges for:

• Yery Noel Medina Ulloa, S.A. No. 21CF052353AD. Ulloa is also charged with Tampering with Evidence. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant State Attorney Tom Mangan.

• Zebulon Perkins, 20CF002300AD. Perkins is charged with two counts of First-Degree Murder. Additionally, he is charged with Burglary (Occupied Dwelling), Dealing in Stolen Property, Tampering with Evidence, and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant State Attorney Katelyn Johnston.

• Randall Brown, 21CF043959AD. Brown is also charged with Armed Burglary with Assault or Battery. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant State Attorney Lauren Randall.
