State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces the return by a grand jury of indictments charging three defendants with First-Degree Murder. With the indictments, each defendant faces a sentence of mandatory life in prison upon conviction.

The grand jury returned First-Degree Murder charges for:

• Marla D’Andrea, S.A. Case No. 17CF036987AD.

• Devon Baker, S.A. Case No. 18CF039073AD. Baker is also charged with three counts of Armed Robbery (Discharging a Firearm with Injury or Death) and one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

• Janae Taylor, S.A. Case No. 15CF014647AD. Taylor is also charged with three counts of Armed Robbery (Firearm or Deadly Weapon).
