State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces the return by a grand jury of indictments charging one defendant with First-Degree Murder. With the indictments, the defendant faces a sentence of mandatory life in prison, unless the State provides notice of its intent to seek the death penalty, in accordance with Florida law.

The grand jury returned First-Degree Murder charges for:

 Andrew Lamb, 19AH042699AD. In addition to First-Degree Murder (two counts), Lamb also is charged with Armed Burglary with Assault or Battery, and Armed Burglary.
