State Attorney Melissa Nelson today announces that Reco Graham, of Jacksonville, was found guilty by a jury of Possession Cocaine, Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia. Graham now faces up to 10 years in Florida State Prison. The Honorable Meredith Charbula will sentence Graham during a hearing the week of June 21, 2021.

On April 2, 2019, the Narcotics Unit of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant on a residence under renovation where Graham was located. The search revealed more than $2,900 in cash, a large amount of cocaine, heroin, and assorted drug paraphernalia. Graham claimed he had no knowledge of the drugs and that other individuals had access to the residence. He was arrested at the scene.

The case was investigated by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and prosecuted by Joe Licandro and Christina Stifler.
