The State Attorney’s Office recently hosted an internal awards ceremony to recognize the exceptional efforts of attorneys, investigators, and support staff from the past year. In all, 12 individual awards were presented during the annual event, along with milestone honors for those who have been with the office for extended periods of time.
The State Attorney’s Office strives to represent the people of the Fourth Circuit through its dedicated service in and out of the courtroom. In partnership with the Clerk of Courts, judiciary, and law enforcement, the State Attorney’s Office is proud to announce the creation of “KEYS 2 Drive” — a diversion program that provides a streamlined, feasible opportunity for certain traffic offenders to obtain a valid driver’s license.
The State Attorney’s Office today presented its inaugural Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer awards to seven members of various Fourth Judicial Circuit agencies who exceeded the call of duty in 2017.
