State Attorney Melissa Nelson announced the return by a grand jury today of indictments charging three defendants with First-Degree Murder.
The grand jury returned First-Degree Murder charges for:
• Markas Fishburne, S.A. No. 19CF073759AD. Fishburne also is charged with Kidnapping (with a Weapon) and Tampering with Evidence.
• Paul Dixon III, S.A. No. 19CF045173AD.
• Dustine Westfall, S.A. No 19CF060536AD. Westfall also is charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder.
