State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces that a Duval County grand jury has returned indictments charging two defendants with First-Degree Murder.

The grand jury returned First-Degree Murder charges for:

• Roderick Renard Fields, S.A. No. 22CF065350AD: Fields is charged with First-Degree Murder, Burglary of a Dwelling, First-Degree Arson, and Grand Theft Auto. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant State Attorney Christina Stifler.

• John Bernard Graham, Jr., S.A. No. 21CF037745AD: Graham, Jr. is charged with First-Degree Murder, Armed Robbery, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant State Attorney Brooke Milo.
