State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces that a Duval County grand jury has returned an indictment charging one defendant with First-Degree Murder.
The grand jury returned a First-Degree Murder charge for:
• Daryl Rountree, Jr., S.A. No. 23CF072503AD: Rountree Jr. is charged with First-Degree Murder and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant State Attorney Alan Mizrahi.
