Jordan now faces a maximum of 15 Years in Florida State Prison with a minimum mandatory of three years. A sentencing hearing is scheduled before the Honorable Linda F. McCallum on June 5, 2017.

Whittington sentenced Betty Heasley Porterfield a/k/a Betty Thomas, 60, of Hinesville, to 20 years in Florida State Prison for two counts of Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information, two counts of Grand Theft, one count of Aggravated Fleeing, and one count of Possession of Cocaine. Additionally, Whittington ordered Porterfield pay $241,000 in restitution.
