State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces that Mikel Gary McClusky, of Perry, was found guilty by a jury of two counts of Sexual Battery. McClusky now faces a maximum of life in Florida State Prison. A sentencing hearing is scheduled before the Honorable Linda McCallum on April 8, 2019.

State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces that Booker T. Oliver, of Jacksonville, was found guilty by a jury of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. The Honorable Linda McCallum on March 12, 2019, sentenced Oliver to 5 years in Florida State Prison.

State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces that Jarvis Kawane Williams, of Jacksonville, was found guilty by a jury of Robbery. The Honorable Mark Borello sentenced Williams to 15 years, the mandatory minimum as a Prison Releasee Reoffender, in Florida State Prison.

State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces that Jarrel Mapp, 44, of Jacksonville, was found guilty by a jury of Organized Fraud, two counts of Unlawful Filing of False Documents Against Real Property, three counts of Filing a Fraudulent Lien, and two counts of Burglary to a Dwelling. Mapp now faces a maximum of 15 years in Florida State Prison. A sentencing hearing is scheduled to be set before the Honorable Bruce Anderson.

Williams now faces a maximum of 30 years in Florida State Prison. A sentencing hearing is scheduled before the Honorable Angela M. Cox on Feb. 19, 2019.

With the indictments, each defendant faces a sentence of mandatory life in prison, unless the State provides notice of its intent to seek the death penalty.
