State Attorney Melissa Nelson announces the return by a grand jury of indictments charging five defendants with First-Degree Murder.

The grand jury returned First-Degree Murder charges for:

Deonte Wadley, SA No. 19CF014533AD, in the death of Timothy Sexton.

Darius Jackson, 17CF065715AD, in the death of Glen McNeil Jr. Jackson also is charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder, Armed Robbery, and Possession of a Firearm by a Juvenile Delinquent.

Kejuan Jones, 17CF065705AD, in the death of Glen McNeil Jr. Jones also is charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder, Armed Robbery, and Evidence Tampering.

Javoris Price, 17CF060792AD, in the death of Glen McNeil Jr. Price also is charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder, Armed Robbery, Evidence Tampering, and Possession of a Firearm by a Juvenile Delinquent.

Marco Stephens, 18CF057341AD, in the death of Ashley Stephens.
