New Juvenile Civil Citations Agreement Finalized
Law enforcement and juvenile justice stakeholders throughout the Fourth Judicial Circuit have executed a new agreement to enhance and expand the use of juvenile civil citations uniformly in Clay, Duval, and Nassau counties.
